Certified Pilates Instructor
Natalie became nutrition minded and exercise conscious at a very young age after struggling with her weight as a child. At the age of 17, she had already established an exercise discipline and began to teach aerobics classes, including step and toning classes.
Natalie eventually moved to New York to study musical theatre, and while dancing over 20 hours a week, began to incorporate Pilates as part of her workout regimen. She has been teaching Pilates for over five years with a certification in the “Classical Joseph Pilates” form. In addition to Pilates, Natalie has studied, and teaches, various forms of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
Gina Ruffino Certified International Pilates Instructor
Gina has been weight and body conscience since childhood and found herself constantly in search of fun and interesting ways to stay fit and keep in shape. Through the years, she participated in various forms of exercise, including competitive cheerleading and the Brazilian martial art Capoeira. While attempting to work full-time and complete her Master’s Degree, Gina began struggling to stay in shape and started to develop stress-related back pain. She sought out V Pilates and immediately fell in love with the changes that she quickly saw in her disappearing back pain, increasingly toned physical appearance and rising self-confidence. Gina spent four years practicing as a client with trainer Cortney Gornall before choosing to become certified herself, studying under Ivon Dahl, Master Pilates Instructor. Gina has been working as a Pilates instructor for one year.
